Making a catalogue is an important step towards empowering the rural artisans. To this effect Shristi has developed a catalogue for the artisans using our Common Facility Center leading to a better market price for their produce
Shristi has brought out a Catalogue on Terracotta and Natural Fibre products developed at the Common Facility Centre at Moina, Barasat, 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
Shristi has also implemented the multi-craft Common Facility Centre (CFC) at Moina, Barasat, West Bengal, where a number of clusters engaged in different crafts are present. Training is given on a regular basis to the artisans from the clusters and the craftsmen are apprised of the latest technologies in the relevant crafts and new designs are introduced to them resulting to innovative products.
